Each 45-minute session is an open space for you to explore:

You can book a single session for focused guidance or opt for a package of three sessions for deeper exploration and continued support. Use this time however you feel called—your journey, your energy, your growth.
Rise & Shine Community Connection
Join us for Rise & Shine Community Connection, a free, fortnightly breakfast gathering that brings together individuals passionate about spiritual growth and energetic exploration. Held at a local café, this event offers the perfect opportunity to connect with like-minded people, exchange ideas, and foster community over a casual meal.
Please note, while the gathering is free to join, attendees are responsible for purchasing their own food and drinks at the café. Whether you’re seeking inspiration, new connections, or simply a supportive environment, Rise & Shine is a welcoming space where you can share experiences, insights, and energy in a relaxed, heart-centered setting.

I’m Cass Belle, Ph.D., a spiritual mentor, energetic guide, and metaphysical educator with a deep passion for helping others access their multidimensional selves. With over 20 years of experience in energy work, I blend my training as a Reiki Master, psychic medium, and galactic work with a down-to-earth, curious and slightly irreverent approach.
Through my work, I empower individuals to embrace their energetic abilities, connect with their higher selves, and explore the magic within.
